If you love Hatch chiles and umami then you will love this seasoning salt! For old school DTH fans, this year's edition is taking a step away from our previous flavor profiles, but in our opinion making this blend unique each year is half the fun.
This year we wanted to keep you on your toes, so we made an umami packed seasoning salt! We start by infusing the salt with house made blue corn and koji wine, then we layer it up with hatch chiles, spices, herbs, and mesquite smoked New Mexico chiles. This blend is all purpose, so, try it on any protein or veggie!
There are no refill packs available for Down the Hatch ’24.
All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur. All jars are filled by weight, not volume. Spices may settle.
