“I wanted to create a jerk seasoning that was as traditional as possible, while still trying to innovate. Many jerk blends out there are loaded with extra spices like cinnamon, but I wanted to showcase the amazing flavor of REAL Jamaican allspice and let it shine. We add in smoke from the allspice berries, and rum infused salt to deepen the flavors, while not deviating too far from the flavor profile that made jerk famous world wide.” – Nate

All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur. All jars are filled by weight, not volume. Spices may settle.
