We are thrilled to announce the release of this year's highly anticipated limited edition Down the Hatch 2025. This exclusive seasoning is a yearly tradition, and as always, we've crafted just 300 bottles.
This year we combined the zing of fruity hibiscus with the burn of spicy hatch chiles! This blend brings that tangy heat to anything it touches. We start with a hibiscus and red hatch infused salt, then mix it up with fresh ground spices, green hatch, more hibiscus and bold peppercorn. Try it on any protein or veggie!
Nate says: “Use this one like you would a good lemon pepper, but remember that it has some heat! What I love about this blend is that it is full of bold flavor but it is still easy to understand. I have a lot of fun using it and everybody comments on how much they love the taste. You will too!”
There are no refill packs available for Down the Hatch ’25.
All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur. All jars are filled by weight, not volume. Spices may settle.
