“Lowrider has been around for a long time, and has gone through a LOT of changes since it’s debut as a seasonal release years ago. This new version is not only permanent, but better than it’s ever been. We used the ratios from the insanely popular Down the Hatch ’24 to reformulate Low Rider into a fantastic salt. The Aji Amarillo chiles lend some much needed heat, while the lime balances the blend. For me, this has become an everyday salt, and I keep finding uses for it. For many of you, I think this will be a favorite.” -Nate

All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur. All jars are filled by weight, not volume. Spices may settle.
