This one is near and dear to our heart, and if you like BIG and BOLD flavors, it will be for you too. Tiger Song isn’t shy in any sense of the word, which is one reason why we love it so much.

Years ago, we made the first version of this blend with a farmer named John Wolf, using his TX grown lemongrass and basil, and called it Sesame & Spice. Later, it would be known as Wolfsong, after John’s farm, where it would go through multiple variations as we refined it’s flavor profile. While John is no longer with us, we keep the spirit alive with this dynamic spice blend, never forgetting his generosity and kindness.

LOW SALT BLEND

All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches some variation may occur. All jars are filled by weight, not volume. Spices may settle.

Ingredients: Korean chile, sesame seeds, umami oats (rolled oats, organic chickpea miso [rice koji (organic rice, koji spores), chickpeas, salt] lemongrass, basil, kombu), sugar, black sesame, garlic, orange peel, ginger, lemon peel, fennel, coriander.

Contains sesame.
